"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves" - Viktor Frankl

This quote holds significant power, as we often find ourselves in situations where external circumstances cannot be altered. Despite our efforts to change them, obstacles seem to grow more formidable. Consequently, we experience:

- Frustration and stress,

- Depleted energy and resources,

- Resistance and opposition,

- Missed opportunities for growth,

- Diminished well-being and happiness.

Instead of persistently trying to change the unchangeable, it is crucial to shift our focus inward and embark on personal transformation. Life conditions undergo periods of stability and chaos, with the current state being the latter. Therefore, it is wise to recognise the impermanent nature of the world around us and take the following actions:

1) Embrace a growth mindset: Believe in the potential for developing your abilities and qualities through effort and learning. Embrace opportunities for growth rather than perceiving them as obstacles.

2) Practice mindfulness: Intentionally direct your attention to the present moment and become aware of your thoughts. This will lead to better decision-making, freeing you from habitual patterns. Engage in practices such as meditation and grounding techniques to cultivate mindfulness.

3) Seek diverse experiences: Broaden your understanding of the world by exposing yourself to diverse perspectives. This fosters flexibility in thinking and helps you develop a comprehensive understanding of how the world functions.
