Monthly SEN Parents’ Support Circle
Reconnect with your strength
When you’re caring for a child with special educational needs, your own wellbeing often takes a back seat. This support circle is here to remind you that you matter too.
Each month we gather for 90 minutes of sharing, reflection, and simple guided exercises designed to help you decompress and recharge. In this circle, you’ll find empathy, connection, and the reminder that you are not alone on this journey.
In each session you can expect:
-
A warm welcome and guided settling exercise
-
Open sharing time in a safe and supportive space
-
Simple practices to ease stress and restore balance
-
Connection with other parents who truly understand
-
The chance to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more resourced
