I have enjoyed a successful 15-year career in the corporate sector, working across different continents for both large and small enterprises.
My main expertise lies in change management and PMO. I spent four years in the south of China where I founded a successful education business. My time in the Far East deepened my interest in different cultures, organisational psychology, and understanding how people think and organise themselves. I have always been passionate about motivators and mental health.
My journey into the field of mental health and personal development led me to pursue psychotherapy, as I believe in personal growth on a deeper level.
